Located on a remote island off the coast of Western Australia, Brockman Engineering’s expertise extended the life of the condensate storage tank, increased storage capacity and enabled Apache to continue production unimpeded by storage constraints.
All fabrication and on site construction works were completed by the Brockman team and our design - including technical consultation - helped Apache arrive at an acceptable solution in relation to code compliance and minimisation of impact on connecting piping.
Commencing in July 2014, this logistically challenging project with long lead times on delivery of items onto the island, required a high degree of planning and coordination to ensure no schedule delays. The project was completed on time at the end of March 2015.
Our proactive approach identified potential problems well in advance and ensured they did not occur. Through fostering a good relationship with the customer and excellent management of logistics, we delivered continuity of works on this remote isolated site.
