The need to accommodate deliveries from larger oil tankers, and the need for additional storage whilst existing tanks underwent a major outage led to ExxonMobil engaging Brockman to build a new 78m diameter crude tank. Brockman's scope included earthworks, civils, piing, electrical and controls in addition to the tank itself.
