As part of AGC’s plans to construct a marine supply base on Melville Island to service offshore industry supply boats, Brockman Engineering’s tanks construction experts were called in to help.
AGC required an experienced tank constructor at very short notice to begin erection on site. We were able to mobilise a team and commence erection with a very short lead-time in this remote location.
Our fabrication of three 10ML tanks, all fittings and site erection including supply of all supervision, labour and equipment, has enabled AGC to fulfil their plans of creating an onshore marine fuel dispatch depot.
Upon completion (June 2015), the client will be able to supply diesel to the offshore industry at a competitive advantage to traditional supply options which are located further away in Darwin.
