Our designers provide engineering support for all departments within Brockman to support client needs through feasibility study phase, concept design, tender design and detailed design.  Engineering support enables Brockman to deliver end-to-end integrated turn-key solutions to industry.


Fabrication

Our fabrication workshop located in Geelong is equipped to produce high quality steel products for use on our projects and special order bespoke products such as:

  • Tank plate rolling and machining
  • High volume traceable pipe spools
  • Tank roof structures
  • Tank stair towers

  • Coolers and stacks
  • Conveyors
  • Pressure vessels

Our facility is capable of producing very high volumes of pipework to meet demanding schedules for shutdown projects and major refinery refits. Our ability to design, fabricate, construct and manage delivery logistics differentiates our workshop from all others in the region.


Construction

Since 1922 our construction and site management expertise has been unrivalled and we are highly sought after to manage safety, schedule and budget to deliver quality project outcomes.

Safety during construction underpins every part of our thinking and planning in constructing tank and pipework projects. All construction activities are undertaken by Brockman supervisors and staff who are trained and certified to carry out work in confined spaces, working at heights and operate the automated plate and pipe welding equipment.

An impressive safety record, Brockman achieved more than 200,000 annual man hours of safe working without incident in the year 2014-15.

Our project management processes include:

  • Cost management through budgetary forecasting
  • Subcontract management including earthworks, civil, painting, insulation, cleaning, non destructive testing, electrical and control services
